Our Social Value
The Commercial Services Group is, by its very nature, a social values organisation. Everything we do has an impact on our environment and the communities we serve.
Being wholly owned by Kent County Council means that the money we make is returned back to the public sector for re-investment into front-line services. This in turn helps to support the people of Kent who are most in need.
Our innovative joint venture and partnership models also allow us to participate in the generation of further dividends to other communities across the UK, such as Hampshire, Luton, Surrey and Dudley.
We also encourage our employees who wish to take on volunteering activities within the community or for charitable institutions an additional day off. We appreciate our employees dedication to social value and are proud of all the work we have done so far.
