Matt joined CSG in 2018 as Director of KCS, he then became CSG CEO in 2021 and Group CEO in 2022.
An experienced global commercial and transformational leader, Matt’s role at CSG is to deliver Shareholder value through creating and delivering a growth-based, strategic business plan driven by social value, commercial growth, an empowered workforce and delivering outstanding customer experience.
John joined CSG in 2022 as Divisional CEO (Professional Services).
A Chartered Accountant by trade, John has previously held Managing Director and CEO posts with ESPO, Loughborough College and Entrust Support Services, a joint venture between Capita plc and Staffordshire Council.
John’s role at CSG is to deliver ambitious business plans across Cantium, Invicta Law, and The Education people.
Nicola joins CSG in April 2023 as Divisional CEO (Strategic Services).
Nicola is an experienced public sector leader, primarily with Luton Borough Council where she progressed to Corporate Director of Inclusive Economy.
Nicola’s role at CSG is to deliver outstanding growth across our recruitment, procurement and community services divisions.
Sally joined CSG in 2015 and has held Director-level roles with KCS and Community Services, before becoming COO in 2021 and most recently Group Chief Strategy Officer.
Sally has over 30 years of operational and transformation experience across multiple industry sectors.
Sally’s role at CSG is to lead the shared Corporate Service support functions including governance & risk, procurement, ICT, business improvement, HSEQ and cyber security and People, Communications and Culture.
Rob joins CSG in April 2023 as Chief Financial Officer.
A Chartered Accountant with over 30 years experience, Rob enjoyed a successful 16-year career with Capita plc, holding various Finance Director, COO and Interim CEO positions across various portfolios.
Rob’s role at CSG is to ensure finance and commercial functions support the divisions to deliver excellent service, growth and governance.
Executive Committee
Gill is an experienced HR leader with a strong commercial focus and track record working at a strategic and operational level in HR and payroll services.
Appointed Group HR Director in 2022, Gill is responsible for both the HR Connect trading businesses as well as the strategic planning and execution of internal HR shared services that support all CSG brands and support functions.
Helen was instrumental in setting up the CSG recruitment division and leads the delivery of the managed service to KCC.
Helen is the strategic lead of the recruitment division, including managed services, specialist recruitment and the development of collaborative working to provide in-sourcing income generation opportunities.
Helen sits as the CSG representative on several public-public recruitment joint venture Boards.
Nigel is responsible for the sustainable growth and success of the Commercial Services Group’s energy businesses.
Hailing from energy markets and procurement, Nigel has assisted major public and private sector organisations to develop and implement efficient ways of controlling and reducing energy consumption and spend.
Nigel leads our three major energy brands generating over £300m per annum in revenue.
Mark joined Cantium in May 2021 as Commercial Director and was promoted to Managing Director in 2022.
Mark has a wealth of experience in both Private and Public Sectors including local government.
Mark’s role at CSG is to deliver exceptional customer service and organic growth to Cantium’s large customer base and internal stakeholders.
Ian joined CSG in 2022 as the Group’s first Chief Digital Officer.
Ian is highly experienced in defining & driving fastpaced technologyenabled change programmes at scale, within digital media, publishing, education, & medcomms.
As Chief Digital Officer (CDO), Ian leads the Group’s digital and data strategies, driving product and service innovation to deliver outstanding customer and user experience.
