Despite being 4,371 miles away, CSG will soon be so much closer.

We are delighted to confirm that CES Holdings, the core brand within CSG’s International Division, will open offices in Dubai in May 2021.

As a core project in the Group’s commercial growth strategy, the Dubai office will provide local account management to UAE customers, whilst improving customer experience through immediate response times, working to the local time zones and working week and local license infrastructure for employment and staff wellbeing.

The business will be led by Shelley Swann who will now commence the recruitment of a Sales and Customer Services team, who will be fully supported through the UK matrix management model.
