We are delighted to announce that Dr Marcelle Moncrieffe has joined Commercial Services Group as Group Chief People Culture and Communications Officer.

Marcelle will lead our Group strategies for People and Organisational Development, Cultural Change, PR, Marketing and Communications, and will be a positive advocate for our cultural transformation and growth plans with an important focus in the areas of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. As well as leading the Corporate HR team, Marcelle will work closely with HR Connect in their delivery of commissioned HR services.
