16 colleagues from across CSG met for our inaugural virtual team meet up earlier this month. We discussed our mission to ensure diversity and inclusion is part of the DNA of our culture; we’re here to enable people to thrive (therefore everyone must feel safe to be who they are) and we have no limits to our diversity and inclusion frame of reference.
Our areas of focus include:
- Gender
- People of colour
- LGBT+
- Disability
- Parents
- Age
- Neurodivergence
Three workstreams were identified as fundamental in bringing our mission to life:
- Recruitment practices
- Awareness and education
- Assurance and external validation
