How flexible working is used at CSG to ensure passion.
Throughout the past 2 years businesses have faced challenges never seen before and an unprecedented amount of them, one challenge being implementing flexible working, something many companies had never touched, however for CSG, it’s a slightly different story.
Before the pandemic, the idea of flexible working was not a foreign one for CSG, with a number of ideas and experiments in the works to see how changes to the status quo could benefit our people with greatly positive results! While the pandemic was just as uncertain of a time for all of us, we weren’t treading in the dark. Throughout the pandemic as peoples familiarity with flexible working grew and regulations changed, as did our peoples opinions, with many finding they have mixed opinions as working from home and working from an office both offered their fair share of advantages and disadvantages, and importantly, being required to work in one place is what made many hesitant and dismissive, it’s having a choice and freedom that makes people feel independent.
The decision to not force any kind of return to work was made quickly, however the option to come into the office regardless was to be kept in place. Our people know how they work best, and we empower them to choose so they can better focus on the work that makes CSG so great.
