Following a year of exceptional growth, Commercial Services Group has expanded to 23 businesses servicing over 16,000 customers globally. The Group now generates over £600m in revenue, supported by a fantastic team of +1,800 people in the UK, UAE, and Thailand.

From April 2023 our Group will reflect this growth through a new portfolio structure, ensuring an appropriate and customer-driven strategy is tailored to our customer needs when partnering with our transactional, professional, and strategic services businesses. As part of this development, we are delighted to welcome Nicola Monk to Commercial Services Group as the Portfolio CEO of Strategic Services, supporting our businesses across the Recruitment, Procurement, and Community Services divisions. 

Nicola will bring critical client-side experience as a long-standing Senior Director within a local authority and will work closely with John Doherty (Portfolio CEO of Professional Services) and Andy Wilson, who we are delighted to announce will be promoted to Portfolio CEO of Transactional Services, as well as our colleagues across our first-class ‘back office’ shared service.
