With the rebranding of KCS Professional Services to KCS Procurement Services, the brand has reinforced its vision of becoming a leading force in its sector, and an increase of frameworks showing the definitive actions being taken to offer more options to customers and ensure the growth of KCS Procurement Services continues to accelerate!
Firstly, have you seen much of a staff increase for Procurement Services, especially given project Centurion.
“We have been busy with recruitment since the beginning of the year, with new roles having been created in both our frameworks and commercial teams in preparation for our forecasted growth plans for 2022 and beyond. Roles include Framework Managers, Assistant Framework Managers, Direct Channel Executives, Digital Marketing Executives and Digital Marketing Assistants – we have already filled well over 75% of these roles!”
Secondly, how has the team as a whole grown, are there any changes to how things are done internally?
“Since the end of 2021, the Procurement Services team has been working hard to be prepared for our 2022 growth plans. We have rebranded to ensure we become a leading force within the public sector, we have created new framework categories to maximise our offering – taking us from 7 to 12 categories in April, we have invested heavily in our teams to ensure we have the very best people and we have significantly increased our marketing capabilities to ensure we reach the right audiences, with the right message, at the right time.”
What will the increase of frameworks from 28 to 81 mean for Procurement Services?
