Social Value is one of our key pillars, which is why we created a team dedicated to providing our 1600 colleagues with opportunities, to undertake Social Value activities in their local communities.

In all aspects of our work, social value is at the core of what we do and underpins the ethos that guides us at every level. Taking care of our environment, supporting our communities, and providing a brighter future to those in need is what we strive to achieve through our work.

First up was joining our shareholder, Kent County Council, and other volunteers helping to clear scrub at the Wye National Nature Reserve.

This volunteering day was made possible due to Commercial Services Group offering an additional day-off a year, allowing employees to take part in volunteer activities in the community or for charitable causes.
